1) Can I dress a candle in Halo Ether oil to brb it on a 5th POM Altar?
2) When using ur plate with a Solomonic altar, do you usually chant first and then do the instructions for the altar?

Chant Spelled first then conjure. All candles she combined as an intense can be placed together. All candles with same intent can be burn together
