I’m currently burning my power candle and I feel so tired and drained right now is it because did the candle? Any thoughts? Or I’m just overthinking...

I always feel exhausted when I light any candle. I think it's because you use your energy on the candles. You're not over thinking it happens too me as well
U use energy when chanting and doing candles. It’s normal
