Power soufflé is amazing. My mood shifted instantly. I feel less sad and less doubtful. I noticed I need to work on my solar plexus. Power gives me that confidence and reassurance that's well needed. 💛 I didn't notice how much I was talking negative to myself but Power makes me realize what needs to be worked on.
