I placed orders on April 19th and the 26th. For some reason it’s not showing my orders on the app, but shows it in my email for my payment. I just wanna know if anyone else’s app is saying they don’t have any orders? I know sometimes the app can glitch lol

That happened to me as well, the first two orders. I made an account in the website first so thankfully, I was able to see it there. For my third order, it showed the orders when it got to me. I recommend making an account on the website first and purchasing from there. Wix is a bit slow.

I've never seen my order history on this app, I just stopped thinking about it and go to PayPal to see my history. This app is not user friendly. It always mess up my address and forgets apartment's number Etc etc .
If you guys have a confirmation email for your order, you're good. The wix app doesn't always show your orders.

It happens. I've had it happen twice placing orders through the site. In both cases both my orders were received and processed for shipping. As long as you have an order confirmation email with an order number - don't worry about it.
Mine and my coworkers are both showing “No recent orders placed” as well! Maybe because I stalked it too many times in the past few weeks 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏾♀️🤣
