I am stI’ll confused on when I am supposed to light my candles. So if it says the best day for a candle is Tuesday am I lighting it in the morning or Tuesday night when the moon is out. or am I lighting it Monday night so that once Its midnight it’s Tuesday.

Just on the appropriate day
For example, last Saturday I lit my 4th POS. Saturday is Saturns day and I lit it during Saturns hour.
