I live in an apartment complex and not near a body of water, so whenever I dispose of candles I always take it as far away from my home (several miles away) and throw it away in a public trash can. So far, this has worked for me. My question is I just did a sweetening spelled candle and used a picture of my target under the candle. When disposing of the sweetening candle, do I dispose of the picture with it? Should I put the picture in the candle before disposing of it? The only time a spelled candle did not work for me was with Obsession and I think it was because I just threw it away in my kitchen trash and threw the jar with my targets belongings in it away in my trash too. Since then I always dispose far away and they always work.
