I have a question on the binding union vessel. If I don't have any personal items of my target, can I instead use a picture of my target to be in union with them or to bring them to me so I can be in union with my target?

Be careful binding yourself to someone
You are taking on their energy and karma as well. Binding is very serious if you ever want to leave them or vice versa it will be a struggle because of the magic. It doesn’t make your relationship better it just merges your energy together god forbid they go through something traumatic it will effect you too.
I don’t recommend it if you want to bind something to you let it be money, success, blessings etc
