My Obsession candle caused my smoke detector to go off. I was not home and my daughter blew out the flame... does that affect my spell in any way? Thanks in advance.

Or use a wash cloth to cover the smoke detector and just use tape or tomb-tacks to hold it in place.
What I did so the smoke detector doesn’t go off is I placed a newspaper to cover it and tomb tack it on the ceiling, it works for me.
No just relight it when you can, and follow the same instructions in the booklet you used when you lit it before.
