I received a melted Eriss, has it happened to anyone else, does she send another one? give refund? I already sent several emails but no response...

I just got a melted and spilled Eriss today. I used their contact us form, but it sounds like others' feedback says they won't see it that way? How do you send an actual email?
I live in vegas ... the heat melts them but I just put them in the fridge .

I've recieved melted Eriss as well and I sent an email and a ne6e one was sent to me.
I recieved mine today. They were in good condition but my order was incorrect. I received Eriss Gaurdian instead of Eriss Intense Good Fortune and Ahari. I tried emailing. But usually when I email I get no response. I’ve emailed before about different matters, and never gotten a emsil back. Hopefully I hear back this time because i really want the correct Eriss 😢
This happened to me before with 2 of mine. I just put them in the fridge.
Put it in the refrigerator- I’ve received several melted because of the heat and them sitting in the mail trucks - every one I got that was melted turned back to form once they cooled down - no need for a refund or even an email to LaLa unless it was melted and was spilled.
Email again and put urgent
