How often do you all do return to Sender? Also if you have an incubus and succubus attacking you what would you do to either eviscerate them or at least remove them permanently.

For the incubus and succubus: • Recite the BANISHING CHANT before bed. • UNHEX to remove any parasitic entities and energies that feed on sexual energy. • HEALING can is helpful in removing sexual soul ties; Use it here to remove any lingering sexual soul ties that attract incubus and succubus spirits. • Rub a dab of GUARDIAN soufflé on crown of head, back of neck, wrists, thighs, ankles, and soles of feet • 4th PENTACLE OF THE MOON to keep them out.

I do 6POM at least every 6 weeks and Mars monthly. I throw in STFU frequently too… Protection is most important Be sure to start a spiritual journal aka book of shadows so that you can keep track of the candles you burn, spells, why you burned them, burn time and the result. Doing this helps you layer and keeps you magical at all times
