I bought a return to sender candle years ago but never used it honestly because it intimidates me.
But currently my managers are harassing and bullying me to no end and I want it to all go back on them.
So what is the process for this candle?
Am I supposed to protect myself prior? And if so how?
Does this candle interrupt my current manifesting for money and stuff like that?
I read on here not to put the people’s names is that right?

It's in your possession for a reason. The description is in the product booklet which can be downloaded from the home page on the website. I suggest cleansing, then sit with the candle, write a precise petition with names and positions and be specific on what you want to happen. As the same, protect your position or you can work toward a better job or position. Don't stalk the work. In addition, write their names on a piece of brown paper, fold it away from you, place on your dominate shoe, everytime they irritate you or say something displeasure, stomp that foot or tap it and state return to sender. That is old school conjure that works.
