If it's for yourself you don't need to enter a target name. Just fill out the top part with your name and dob. If u want it for a relationship, you enter the target name where it states to do so ..

Following cuz this is my first time with this one too and I’d also like to know the answer. I just included my info and targets info but it didn’t let me choose anything so I’d think she will just assume what I’m asking for? 🤔
