You can also place a cloth on the table before putting the metal plate down.
Yes, I agree with the others. A laminated seal when heated by the candle may destroy the seal. You can keep your seal in a Manila folder as well and place it where you put your other important papers.
I keep my in a photo folder but I mean when their in use I just worry about wax or water spillage or something lol.. my mind just gets going like MacGyver like hmm wonder if this would work 😂😊 thanku ladies

What about keeping them in a folder? Like one of those plasticy ones?
