Thank you for sharing this because I was getting frustrated and discouraged. I absolutely love her products but it’s soooo frustrating when you can’t get assistance or a resolution to something that’s not your fault.

It took me atleast 4 times to send it. Also the last email I sent was this morning California time at 10 am. I’ve tried doing the 6-8 am East time but it’s hard for me. Maybe try rewording your urgent line to : candles not received July 7th order #.... I just copy and paste from my gmail account and forward it to her. Have you gotten a tracking #? Or what does it say on the shipment status? @Brandy Wilcox ?
