This is first time herbs caught fire! Smoke alarm went off! I used snuffer n covered main flame in center on wick but blew the flames around wick! Is that ok? What to dooo? Ugh

Do any of you push the herbs away from the wick when they catch fire prematurely in the tin jars, since they won't crack?

I would just push it to the side so it doesn't catch flame again
I had the same problem yesterday with Intense- Unhex/Halo/Healing candle😂...smoke alarms were going off non stop and had to open all windows. Just light candle again and do your chant again.
