Hey y’all! I scheduled a soul purge for tonight. I don’t think it has taken place yet. But my nose is feeling itchy, I have a slight headache and I keep sneezing. This came out of nowhere. I’m wondering if this is symptoms of purging ? What has everyone else’s experience been.
