Sour Jar

Thinking of doing a little vinegar jar to add some push behind my 4 POS candle. I know specifics are best, but I don’t have specifics. He just swipes around on dating apps trying to find someone to replace me 🙄 and I’m trying to make that not work out for him. I made my petition for 4 POS to remove interests other than me, but I’ve heard you shouldn’t put yourself in a sour jar at all even if you’re just saying other than myself. Any thoughts on that?

It’s a long story. In the shortest sense, he still has feelings for me, and has in the last couple of months told me he still loves me, but doesn’t want to anymore, mostly because we’ve been broken up (but not out of communication or interaction) for too long in his opinion. This boy still keeps a picture of us up in his room 🙄. So there’s a lot of feelings he’s trying to push away (I’m doing work on those as well) and part of what he does is browse dating apps to distract him. While I do the work I’d like to keep other interferences out. I’ve had pretty good success with vinegar jars in the past, so I’m hoping to do that again, I just can’t figure out how to word it.
