Can I wear my Crossroads body soufflé while I have the sweeting candle burning. Or do I have to wait 3 after the sweeting candle has been buried. I’m a little confused

No you don't have to wait.
You can wear your Eriss anytime.
I use mine as another layer in my work. Always applying Crossroads and Ahari after I shower, before I start my ritual.
All Eriss soufflés, whichever they are can be worn anytime you want.
