Spirit?

I’m burning intense DA/SW/ahari. At about 7 hour mark I fell asleep during another boring zoom meeting (good thing we don’t turn video on 😂). All of a sudden a feel like I have a handcuff fastened to one of my arms and my arm was lifted slightly. What could that be? I’m feeling great, I’m feeling happy but I have this feeling of handcuff / bracelet on my arm.

It can be I either usually feel it in my hand or my shoulder/one side of my back and usually one side more and same side foot when I light the candles or when am done..

I had something similar with my halo recently and also one of my hand’s fingers was moving/shaking on their own when I was whispering my chant again to regain focus..

Yes it can be spirit... that is what I was saying.. I know what you are talking about and described.. I feel something touching my scalp and hair too at times lol but it is usually when I have any candle lit.

but honestly I have had spirits around me since I was a child so it may or may not be because of the candles but yes it can be spirit definitely.

Thank you. It was such a strange feeling. I had sleep paralysis before but that was terrifying. This wasn’t scary. The candle burned out quickly, it only took 19 hours. Well, hopefully it means good things.

just don’t be scared or feel negative about it. It can happen but it also hard to tell if it is spirits getting your attention or if you have something trying to attach itself or lingering at your home. Hence why cleansing is important for self, area lighting candle, and cleansing home also.. physically and spiritually..
