I have an ex that has not grown up nor evolved from the anger our breakup brought him. He’s convinced that I cheated on him and he has basically been spreading lies about me.
During our last text message exchange, where I simply wanted him to mail me the original lease he STOLE to the apartment he moved out of, he went back to his old ways and cursed me out.
Today I lit the STOP candle. Here’s the chant that I used:
“Stop your gossip, stop your lies. Stop all maleficence, here’s where our past dies.”

@Dominik I have a question. Because you want him to stop, did you place his picture under the candle? Or did you chant his name because you were the target? I want to use this candle tonight and am trying to figure things out.
This chant can also work for STFU
I might just tweak the last part of past dies. I feel that can cause things to happen. Overall it’s a good chant
