@I just received my order from 8/27 although I couldn’t wait to get it, it came at the right time and I also got a free gift in it (thank you Lala).
I put my order in on July 28th and received it on September 30th.
I just spoke to post office right now and they said shipping label created means the conjure just created the label but apparently they never shipped out my package to them since AUGUST 28 . I have emailed and can’t get a proper response of when I will get my order . I don’t know what to do but post office said to me that was not okay and that they need to hire more people so they can get these orders out . Or have a customer service number so we can get better customer service support.
I got a response, they are now working through August orders to be shipped out
