can the 2nd Pemtacle of Mercury work on a stubborn person that has been canceling a deposition for 3 years straight. Itโs been a nightmare and Iโm ready to do something to move things along. All and any advise is welcomed. ๐๐ผ

Hello darling. Yes, itโs a good candle to layer with for stubborn situations, additionally I would use domination or 1st pentacle of Saturn on the person, obviously crossroads or 5th pentacle of Mercury to start with, and also the collect candle might be good for this situation. Best of luck!
