I know a lot of people here like to burn candles to hex/spell their bosses for whatever reason, but is anyone here a manager or supervisor? What's a good supervisor candle to burn to stay in favor with your employees? The team is really anti-establishment and they're resistant to any kind of authority. I don't need them to be obsessed with me. I don't need to dominate them. I'm not sure if loyalty is appropriate. But hat's all I have.
