The bracelets are just spelled and have spirits attached, while the coins also have her seals engraved on them. The seals are their own form of magic and some of them don't have a bracelet counterpart (ie: Reno, Law, Deliverance, Health). Coins can be carried or used in other ways while bracelets must be worn. They're different tools you can use to layer your works for better results.
