Can someone please clarify definitively whether I can dress one of Lala's spelled candles with either of these oils?

Ok, just match intentions. Example I get the MARS| 6POMARS candle and add return to sender oil on top. Because the 6POMARS is for reversing your enemies weapons formed against you. So the intention align.

If you want good fortune candle, I would add any money oil on top or speed ( to speed it up), push ( to push it thru), or ahari (master manifest )

To dress a plain candle I PERSONALLY write my intentions ON the candle. Use a needle or anything that can scratch ( this is for taper candles) then, I anoint it with oil And roll it in any herbs I'm going to use for that intention.

If it's a glass pillar candle, I use a sharpie and write on the glass directly. Use a hot screwdriver to poke deep holes into the wax, grind up my herbs and pour on top THEN add my oils to the candle. I do the herbs first so that the oil caries them down the holes I made.

Pro tip, grind down your herbs before you roll the taper candle in them so that they stick better.

With BOTH candles you can put a petition underneath the candle. And that's that.

Please note that I do my candles AFTER I set up my altar space ( cleansed, added offerings, water, incense, and music for mood / intentions/ vibrations.
