I know that DA is a spell you put on yourself and sweetening is a spell you place on a target. Since they’re both combined here, do you still place your targets picture with their info under the candle? Because I’d like to place sweetening on my target but DA on myself.

No do not place their picture under the candle! But you can include their name in your chant about what you are attracting to you.
