I always write chant and dob of persons and put under candle and then burn it after I'm done. Or I'll save it if I'm not done burning it or had to put it out.
Yes! You can write the targets name within the petition and place it under the candle without a picture.
For spell candles only chant and repeat 3-5 minutes. I usually put my written chant with pictures under candle. I recently started burning it in the flame.
