I bought the cookbook today the eBook and I tried to open it once. I downloaded it, it would not let me open.Has anyone else had that problem?And how do I get it open so that I can read my book

Hi, does it let you re-download? I bought the ebook downloaded it on my phone then my phone broke, tried to re-download on new device and says the link has expired, wondered if this has happened to anyone else?
It is already in the forum...but Lala recommend a reader in the description also you can search online for pdf readers. I used an online platform to translate it to Adobe reader
