Is there a way to cause havoc in someone‘a life without knowing a direct target? I got a letter today saying someone tried to file for PUA BENEFITS in a state I never reside in and I’m not unemployed. Can I do that without knowing the target, and what candle?

I would try 6th PO mars. Just tell spirit your situation. I would also keep spelled mars on deck. I heard people can pay for other people's ssn# and personal info on the dark web.

The same thing happen to me and my mother. They are getting this information off the dark web. Probably information that has been stored with companies that have been breached and they are selling people's information.
