From what I know it is not necessary to do so at the same time or day before/after but I know that some people do do this. Go with what your gut tells you to do.
I’m burning CrossRoads now to prepare for the Abundance Ritual i have scheduled next week. If you can burn it earlier than the same day you should. If not you should be okay.
