I am so emotional and upset right now. I ordered the devotion commitment package and after patiently waiting for a long time it just arrived. However my sweetining candle was not in there but instead an obsession candle was added. I have emailed the company once before and never gotten a response so hopefully this time will be different. I’m just so upset I feel like crying. I never recieved any results from the first obsession candle and I followed all the rules so I didn’t want another. Had anyone ever experienced this! And was the issue resolved and how long did it take? I’m so upset right now

Well as far as using papa or any other spirit candles I’m not afraid if anything I’m ready. And maybe it’s because I have called upon the spirits before.
Mine got returned to sender even though i emailed about an apartment number and was told it was added 😢. At the post office hoping they can find it before it gets sent all the way back and only God knows how long it’ll take for re-delivery 😫
I mean it's a spirit lol I'm new like most off us are. I haven't lit any conjured candles. That's why.
I also have papa legba, healing, good fortune and the devotion package. Should I burn papa first before I burn any other candle??

Sweetheart did you put urgent in the title of your email? I understand you’re upset and I know you wanted your sweetening candle. Reach back out to auntie Lala she’s pretty good at answering urgent emails and specifically ones sent in the morning. She’s sweet , just let her know what’s going on.
Maybe the spirits are letting you know that time wasnt it and now it's the time too light it 🤔
