Has anyone ever experienced fatigue, and extreme headaches after a rite? I mean like seriously I need to lay down because it's that bad.

I got headaches, muffled/ringing ears I even got sick a bit a day after unexpectedly went away the next day.
I had a headache earlier today
I have been feeling so tired and 2 hours again I had a whole ass uncontrollable crying session. I broke down out of nowhere and I haven’t done that since I did unhex, halo and healing. I felt so dizzy and light headed too and that lasted like 3 hours or so all this happened while I was at work. I’m glad I’m not the only one honestly.
I felt a lot of energy the night it was done but not tired actually the opposite. I been with all this energy
