Since this is a fairly new candle, is it possible to get some instructions on how to properly use it? Eg: do we need to use any pictures? Especially if the person doing the ritual is the one that's " going to WAR", Or do we use our enemy's pictures?

I lit the candle and it started making a low "screaming" noise- what does this mean? has this happened to anyone ?

I would put a picture of the person you are going to war with and you want victory over. Remember in the booklet, it states that you do not have to put a picture of yourself because you are around the candle. If you elect to put a picture of the person who are going to war with, then d.o.b on the back and your petition, with a chant of what you want.
