Hello, I've dealt with this type of situation too in the past but not because of wealth rite, but I did Papa Legba rite. I was applying jobs but I only apply to places that offers higher rates. After a few interviews I did receive an offer but that offer was not what I was expecting, other than how low of pay they offered, I also won't be able to WFH and the office is located super far away, that bus rides will take about 45 minutes each trip.
I was so mad that this is the offer that I get, I had such a hard time believing my luck. I knew I will hate myself after I accept the job, so after a sleepless night, I turned it down. Not long after this I send out job applications again and received an offer from a startup, much higher pay, much better benefits, much closer location, and I'll be able to WFH.
I'm not even sure where I'm going with this but I think it's up to you. If you want to move forward with the offer and hate yourself in the process, spirit have your back. BUT, if you want to slam the breaks and move to a different direction, spirit will open doors for you too.
Oh I just thought of this!!! It’s always good to make more money because lots of times how people (like banks stuff like that, even other future employers, or like if you want to go out on your own, things like this) - the way others think of you, it is attached to some degree to either how much you get/got paid and that sort of implies authority/power/value. Just making more money is an invisible asset. And whatever it is, since just being in the different dept comes with more money, it seems like there’s more attention/funding by the employer focused on that dept.
Hi! I would probably take it!!! This is what happened in my head: “What I’m *waiting* on is an another area that I think I’ll enjoy a lot more.” I’m like, take it and make more money while you wait!!! Since it’s the same role, just a different dept, it seems to me like they are investing more you, like maybe grooming you, so that soon you can just sort of ‘start writing your own ticket’ so to speak! AND this happened during the Wealth Rite, so I personally would feel like the offer is a sign! 🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍 🕯💥🕯💥🕯💥🕯💥 🤩😍🤑🤩😍🤑🤩 And then also, just me, I feel like sometimes when a good offer comes, even if it’s not the very best , but it’s still good, I think, if I take it, it’s like me showing gratitude.
Hi. I don’t know for sure but things I might consider; 1. Does the promotion get you closer to your goals? (Like maybe more experience which makes you look more valuable? Or, maybe it gives you opportunity to shine real brightly?) 2. I might take it because maybe it’s part of a big invisible plan to get you exactly where you want to be. (Once I took a job because I had a gut feeling to take it, but I also had a gut feeling it was gonna be rough. It was rough. I quit. I immediately got a way better job- which lead to better jobs. The bad job did a lot though to set me up. The next job was in Europe and I would have been way to scared to go to Europe but while I was at the job I didn’t like in Baltimore, I met so many people who traveled internationally all the time and it made me comfortable going for the great job in Europe. Which really set me up hugely for my favorite job in the US afterwards.) 3. I might set aside 72 hrs or however long, to decide. Then I would pray. I would pray that I would know what is best. I would probably do this before I go asleep so I could dream about it. Also, if I pray, I tend to get ‘signs’ the next day or shortly thereafter if I don’t get a dream that helps me know what to do. I hope this helps! ❤️🙏🕯🍀
