Me, I have a selenite stick, bowel, and tower. This is how I cleanse and charge my stones and bracelets. If you don’t have either. You can smudge them or run them under water for about a min. To activate. I try to speak what I need from it while holding it, in my hands. Example protection I’ll say it 3-4 times. Or sometimes something like protection from all hurt harm or danger known and unknown. Yes... it’s Fine. Just make sure after they take them off to cleanse, charge and activate for a new day. My bf wears one of mine black bracelets that came with halo and carries a green stone in his left pocket everyday. I encourage it.
