I received the wrong Eriss, however they were in the right boxes! I ordered 2 Ahari but got 2 Powers instead! I already email about the mix up, but what happens next do I return them?

Spirit knew what you needed!
I had a mix up with my Eriss. I emailed orderissues@theconjure.com with an explanation and pictures of my products along with pictures of the invoice received with the order. I got a response the next day and my replacement was shipped about two weeks later. Hope that helps!
