I have a 2nd pentacle of Mercury candle that I just noticed looks a bit low. If I had to guess I’d say there’s maybe 5 hours burn time left? How will this affect any working I do? Will it still work or should I just throw it out and start fresh with a new candle?

Burn it, don't throw it out. The Conjure candles are an offering so get another candle of any color to go with it.
