I used all the charcoal that came with my candle but I’m not done burning the whole candle. What should I do?

You can purchase charcoal disks from a botanica, a metaphysical store, or your local smoke shop.
You only need the charcoal and incense when you are invoking the spirits of your candle.
I ordered more from amazon, I think you can also purchase it from a local botanica.
