When she says know who you are writing to I always took it as know what to ask. I believe it was under Papa Legba RITE where she says know who you are writing to and then she goes to explain more by saying you wouldn't go to Legba for certain things because that is not what he is for.

I don’t know how to share it here, but if you search the internet for something like ‘7 pentacles of Jupiter’ or ‘7pentacles consecrated to Jupiter’ there is a lot of info.
I would do all the spirits and angels of Jupiter.
