1. Summon is spelled/hoodoo and POV is conjure. Different methods/energies. 2. 3POV is for attraction. I think of it as a conjured DA. 3. 4POV is to bring someone to you, movement specific although can be tailored generally. It is like summon but not the same. Generally I do both. It layering.
