I agree it depends on your beliefs and what/who your working with spirit wise. I was taught that it actually is an amazing time to do work as a women is believed to be even more powerful during her monthly as it's from where we create life. So I tend to still do working at that time as long as I have the energy for it.

I think it is a matter of your own belief.
if I already have something lit, I keep it going. If I am pressed for time, I still start. Otherwise, I wait start.. not because I think it is bad because I prefer to only spell or conjure when my physical and mental energy is better.
