When you contact her using the email that @Genette included in her comment, make sure to put "URGENT" and your order number in the subject line. From there, Tití will let you know that she received your email and it'll go to the fulfillment center for them to ship you a new replacement candle. Keep watch for your order number in your email, so that you'll know when they're getting it together for you and when it'll be sent out.💖💖💖
