Altar

So I have a question about the altar when setting it up do you have to keep your altar set up I don’t really have a secrete place I can keep my altar because of my children being so young and how my room is it’s not really no closed off spaces besides my closet and I have a bathroom in my room but idk what to do would it make a difference if I put my altar up every night?

Setting your alter up would be a good discipline lesson (not saying they need it) for your children to not touch Mommy's space, being spiritual you must be able to govern a space just for you for you to honor your Ancestors and create your reality. Happy Conjuring 🔮

I love how you put this. Mine is in my bedroom. I have my whole room set up for my meditation. It only felt right for my ancestor and working altar.. my sons do go in my room. My youngest is 4 and he used to take off w my crystals.. now he knows if a candle is lit.. he can’t go on that side of the room. He knows not to touch my crystals bc they are very important to mommy. And he leaves it alone. He IS a boy so he tried to jump on my bed.. but my spirituality is something of respect and peace. I love that he respects it. My eldest comes into my room and asks me which stones are where and what they are used for. Definitely a respect and discipline thing. I don’t even have a problem anymore.
