Hey..I just used the Healing Candle and I just chanted: Heal my mind, my body, my heart, my soul, and my spirit..mentally, physically, and sexually. I remember LaLa stating shorter chants work best. Just continue to say it over and over again. You can tweak it the way you’d like. Hope this helps. Namaste Queen🙏🏽
