Hi hi! So I asked this earlier and this is what I came up with "Heal my heart heal my mind,heal my body from all trauma that has been caused in my life,heal my soul" I used it to heal my target and i so I used "our" but you can tweak it as needed 😊
Focus on what you want to heal in your life and chant it !
