A saint is a deceased person remembered for exceptional holiness and impact, who becomes recognized spiritually through veneration. Veneration means deep honor and reverence, it is different from worship. Spiritually, saints gain “working power” because devotion creates a collective current. Generations of people repeat prayers, tell the stories, light candles, visit shrines, and keep images and feast days. SAINTS HAVE A LOT OF POWER, AND WORK QUICKLY, because they were earth born.
