Earlier today I was watching AHS (American horror Story) which I had came across papa legba character and Erzuiel Freda symbol as well as Damballa went to sleep watching something else and crazy thing is I haven’t been dreaming at all and if I do dream I don’t remember when I wake up ..... Moving forward in the dream I was laying down sleep with my 3 month old son almost as if this was real life and concurrent I could hear everybody in the front of the house talking and moving around when I tried to get up with my son I couldn’t I was stuck when I realized I couldn’t move I started to call out for help I kept trying to scream out somebody help me somebody please but my voice wouldnt project for anyone to hear me I could feel as if my voice wasn’t there I could only hear myself speak saying somebody help I started to freak out and panic broke out into tears I felt like I was in a warp I couldn’t see nothing around me everything was in a blur to a far I heard a whisper in my ear saying get up before I could get up the voice didn’t sound nice I seen the numbers 333 the number 3 is supposed to be my lucky number due to my sign and my date of birth kinda freaked out and wanna sage and light my halo tonight what should I do 😪😪😪!?

Sleep paralysis.. I think because AHS was the last thing you watched, it was still playing in your subconscious while you were sleeping.
@constancegindratt24 sounds like you had sleep paralysis and watching the show prior to sleep caused you to have that bad dream. I think you are meant to work with papa, but AHS gave you a bad image. Do as they say and put the salt in your room. You can also mix black pepper and sea salt in a bowl and place under your bed.
I have yet to use any spiritual candles I was waiting to order unhex before lighting anything else @Belle Rose Rise🌷 I only watched it cause I seen a post with a comment about papa legba and Erzulie Freda I’m aware of those LWA and I’ve watch AHS but never knew or understood then of the spiritual factor behind it

[@aimz] that’s the medical term of what happened but when it comes to spiritual it can become very dangerous and I feel as if action should be taken this happens often to me sometimes worse then others

You could: Sage and Halo. Do you have FWOP powder? Put some in the corners of your bedroom, while chanting “Remove all evil, remove all bad intentions, remove all negativity.” Sleep with a glass of water under your bed.
That sounds like sleep paralysis... it can be triggered by anxiety stress etc...
So in that episode there was a Papa legba character? And an Erzuiel Freda symbol in the episode too? Idk. Personally I would stay clear from horror stuff during the duration of burning spiritual intention/spell candles tbh. Perhaps your own feelings of the AHS episode seeped into your subconscious. I think you should sage your space. At least that’s what I do if I happen to have an uncomfortable dream.
