Is a petition needed or necessary for all spelled candles if the intention is already put in the candle when we receive it?

Petitions r 4 conjured candles.
Petitions are primarily geared toward the conjure candles. But again do what you feel is best
Not necessarily you can just chant for 3-4 minutes(chants suggested in the book/forum) if you like. Petitions are optional for the spelled candles so do what you feel is best.
