Hey all, Do I need to write a petition when using halo candle? Or is writing names, DOB and chanting enough?

Names, DOB, and chanting is enough. Petitions are generally for the conjure candles. Howevee, you can write a few statements with spelled ones and place under candle if you’d like to.
Do what u think u need to do hun dont make it too complicated
