I read in the forum that you have to see your target before you light obs. Where is that info? (Not on the booklet, already looked) I was intending on lighting it the night before I see them. But now I'm not sure... Any info would help, thanks beautiful people 🤍🖤

So I found that, but I thought that was only for lovers return... Maybe it applies to everything?
I read in the book and do not see that so I assume we don’t have to see the target. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
